Review of our new Veterinarian- Keri Riddick
Linda Knight , 2005
On ABC 33's James Spahn Weather Report
"I read your weather e-mail every weekday and love reading about Molly. Make sure to cherish
every moment with her that you can. My Shih-tzu, Leah, was killed on Sunday by my other larger
dog while I was away from the house. A total freak accident took away my 10-year companion and
no amount of money or tears could give me a second chance to turn back time and fix it for her.
She lived long enough to let me know that she knew I was there and then God took her to be with
Him. At least where she is she will never hurt and the injuries she sustained will be whole. I would
like to commend veterarian Keri Riddick and her staff at the Emergency and Specialty Animal
Medical Center off of Acton Road. They did everything in their power to make it ok, but she ended
up dying from complications from perhaps a blood clot. So, again, spend every moment, and
love everything she does like there's no tomorrow because freak accidents happen. And, we all
know how dominant a Shih-tzu can be. They are 10-feet tall and bullet prrof to have them tell it.
This one time she didn't have me there to back her up and for that I will forever feel the guilt and
pain of not being there to be her ultimate protector."”

Excellent Care: Both of my dogs have been there and more than once. The staff is wonderful and
they have taken great care of my pets. My dogs are not even scared to go. They have nice and
curteous receptionists and are very clear and helpful with anything that you ask about. I have
recommended several people there and they still go.

Awesome Staff and Doctors!
You want to be comfortable with your own "human" doctor, and you want to be comfortable and
have your dogs be comfortable with their doctor. Benning Animal Hospital is great! Their staff is
super helpful and caring and the doctors are compassionate. Thumbs and paws up from the
whole pack!

There is a reptile vet located on Macon Rd. for those close minded people that want to call
Columbus "dinky". We also have Benning Animal Hospital which is one of the BEST in town! If
you are still not satisfied you can drive to Auburn where they have LOTS of people enrolled at
Auburn Univ. to assist you.

I HAVE 3 DOGS AND 1 CAT AND I HAVE LOOKED FOR A VET WHERE MY ANIMALS ARE
HAPPY AND FEEL RIGHT AT HOME, THIS IS THE PLACE. DR HARRIS AND DR LEFRANC AND
THEIR STAFF ARE WONDERFUL. THEY WORK LONG HOURS TO MAKE SURE THAT EVERY
PET IN THAT HOSPITAL IS TAKING CARE OF. THEY ARE ALWAYS SO HAPPY TO SEE THEIR
CLIENTS AND THEIR PETS. THE VET TECHS ARE ALWAYS BABY TALKING THE PETS AND
THE ANIMALS LOVE IT. THE KENNEL STAFF MAKE THE ANIMALS FEEL RIGHT AT HOME.
THEY ARE ALL AROUND GREAT PEOPLE. THE CARE THEY GIVE IS WORLD CLASS. IF YOU
ARE HAVING TROUBLE FINDING A VET GIVE THIS HOSPITAL A TRY, YOU WILL CONTINUE
TO GO BACK FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
